Inga McCord is predominantly a self-taught artist. Inga didn't start taking watercolor painting classes until her early forties after she moved to the Huachuca Mountains in Southeastern Arizona. There she feeds and watches clouds of hummingbirds in her own yard every day.
Inga's love of hummingbirds in a natural setting evolved from her parents' backyard bird watching and her own exploits hiking in the bird-rich Huachuca Mountains. She shares this passion and her first-hand observations through her fine art watercolor paintings of hummingirds, creating unique, highly collectible southwest bird art! See her Portfolio page for examples.
